Prayer in this petition filed by petitioner wife is for transfer of the petition bearing No.DMC-433 of 2022 filed by respondent No.1husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled "Sachin Yadav vs. Smt. Urmila and another" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hisar to a court of competent jurisdiction at Mahendergarh.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1-husband, on instructions, submits that respondent-husband has no objection if the present petition is allowed and the aforesaid case is transferred to Kanina, District Mahendergarh.

In view of the above statement, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the present petition, subject to the following conditions:- a) The petition bearing No.DMC-433 of 2022 filed by respondent No.1-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled "Sachin Yadav vs. Smt. Urmila and another" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hisar is transferred to a court of competent jurisdiction at Mahendergarh.

T.A.No.1590 of 2022 (O&M) b) The ld. District Judge, Hisar is directed to transfer complete record pertaining to the aforesaid case to District Judge, Mahendergarh.

c) The parties, through their counsel, are directed to appear before the District & Sessions Judge, Mahendergarh on 29.05.2023.

d) The District Judge, Mahendergarh will assign the said petition to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Kanina. 4.

The concerned Court at Mahendergarh will make all endeavour to refer the case before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of some amicable settlement between the parties.

The Court concerned, where the litigation pending between the parties, will accommodate them with one date in one calendar month. Disposed of.
