SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has since been amicably settled and under the settlement he has instructions to withdraw this petition. Custody of petitioner No. 1-Sunita Rani, who is a minor may be entrusted to her mother Veena Rani-respondent No. 5, who is present in the Court.

Veena Rani-mother of Sunita Rani submits that she is willing to take her daughter-Sunita Rani with her and marry her after she attains the age of majority with boy of her choice.

Sunita Rani, who is present in the Court is willing to go with her mother.

The petitioners are allowed to withdraw this petition. Petitioner No. 1 be permitted to go with her mother-Veena Rani (identified by ASI Gurdev Singh, P.S.Lakho ke Behram).
