Seeking quashing of impugned order dated 22.04.2025 passed by JMIC, Gurugram as well as order dated 19.05.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS].

Counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, he could not annex the copy of the application for re-examination of the complainant in the trial and some other modification might be required in the present petition and he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. 3.
