RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to take action on the representations of the petitioner, dated 07.09.2022 and 22.10.2022 with a further direction to them to take legal action against respondents No.4 to 13 for committing the offences and protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her minor children. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already moved representations dated 07.09.2022 and 22.10.2022 (Annexures P-4 and P-5) to respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken on the same.

Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 3 only, at this stage. On the asking of the Court, Ms. Ishma Randhawa, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.
