(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for quashing/setting-aside of order(s) dated 06.02.2024 and 10.09.2024 (Annexure P-2 & P-3) passed by Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtak vide which Conditional warrant has been issued against the petitioner in the sum of Rs. 11,76,000/- in Execution No. 162 of 2023 (Date: 22.11.2023) titled as "Anuradha Vs. Sandeep" pending in the Court of Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtak (Annexure P-1) arising out of proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. bearing case MNT No. 343 of 2021.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
