(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 007, dated 28.02.2019, under Section 498-A of IPC, registered at Police Station Women Cell, Mohali, registered on the basis of complaint dated 25.04.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 08th July, 2021, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Narinder Kaur, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 08th July, 2021, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
