Present revision petition has been filed under Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, assailing the impugned order of framing charges dated 19.11.2022 under Section 212 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur (for short, 'the trial Court'), qua the petitioners. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioners, wishes to withdraw present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before learned trial Court, at appropriate stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
