Short affidavit of Ravinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (City) Moga, District Moga has been filed by the learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. In the short affidavit it has been stated that the passport of respondent No.2 has been deposited before the Trial Court by the Investigating Officer on 27.12.2024 and an application for cancellation of bail of respondent No.2 has also been filed before the Trial Court. It has further been stated that a request for impounding/cancelling the passport of respondent No.2 has also been initiated. In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case. The present petition stands disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
