This writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside order dated 01.09.2023, Annexure P-7, passed by the Joint Director (Brick Kiln), Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Haryana, whereby permission to re-start the brick kiln has been declined. 2.

By making a reference to affidavit dated 27.05.2024, filed on behalf of respondent No.3, State counsel states that during the pendency of the instant writ petition, an appeal preferred by the petitioner against the cancellation order, Annexure P-1, has been rejected vide order dated 21.05.2024, Annexure R-1. He submits that under Clause 20 of The Haryana Control of Bricks Supplies Order, 1972, petitioner has a remedy of filing a revision petition before the State Government.
