(Oral) Counsel for the respondent submits that despite a message is given to the petitioners to collect the DMC, after it was supplied by the CBSE to the school, the majority of the parents have already collected the same, however, the petitioners have not collected it and they can collect it anytime by visiting the school premises. Though, counsel for the respondent submits that even in this case, the DMC has been collected, however, in case the same is not collected by the petitioners, they can visit the school on any working day and collect the same.

In view of the above, the present petitions are disposed of. A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of other connected case.
