The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 18.10.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Batala, District Gurdaspur whereby the objections filed by the petitioner herein were dismissed. 2.

As per the E-Courts Website, District Gurdaspur, the execution application itself stands dismissed as withdrawn being partly satisfied vide order dated 16.12.2023 passed by the learned Executing Court concerned. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
