(ORAL) The petitioner by way of the present writ petition seeks a writ of certiorari for quashing the order/letter dated 06.05.2022 (Annexure P-15), whereby it has been asked to deposit 5% claim amount for the work relating to improvement of road by way of Stg. on Gohana Lakhan Majra Meham, Bhiwani Road from Km. 16.00 to 53.700 (SH-16A) (Road ID-1739 & 1778) in District Rohtak.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the respondent-authorities by filing a representation within a week seeking adjustment/waiver of 5% deposit on account of several/various amounts that are due to the petitioner and are lying deposited with the respondent-authorities.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. In case the petitioner moves a representation before the respondent-authorities, they may consider and take a decision thereon expeditiously in accordance with law.
