That the cancellation report was submitted in the court of Learned Illaqa Magistrate, Gurugram on 28.01.2022. The complainant appeared before the learned court on 21.07.2022 and got recorded her statement to the effect that she is satisfied with the police report. She does not want to proceed further with the present FIR. It is further submitted that on the basis of the statement made by the complainant the cancellation report filed by the SHO Police Station Women West, Gurugram was accepted by the learned court vide orders dated 21.07.2022.

That the case FIR No. 846 dated 01.07.2015 under section 498A, 406, 5046, 323, 34 IPC Police Station City Gurugram has been quashed by this Hon'ble High Court vide orders dated 21.10.2022 passed in CRM-M No. 28661 of 2022."
