Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0036 dated 04.03.2025, under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 191(2), 191(3) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Odhan, District Sirsa.

Status report by way of affidavit of Mr. Sandeep Singh, HPS, DSP, Kalanwali, District Sirsa on behalf of respondent has been filed in the Registry and the same is taken on record.

Vide order dated 12.09.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 5.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Om Parkash, has stated that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more RAJEEV PUROHIT 2025.11.04 09:55 I agree to specified portions of this document
