CRM-29558-2021 For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the main case is taken up on Board today itself. CRM-29457-2021 In view of the prayer made in the application, the same is allowed. Compromise, dated 30.07.2021, Annexure P-10 is taken on record. CRM-M-56570-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the compromise arrived at between the parties. He submits that the original petition was filed for quashing of the FIR on the basis of merit, however, subsequently, both the parties have settled all the outstanding disputes between them and arrived at a compromise hence, he is praying that now the MEENU 2021.09.28 17:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
