Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 & 3 to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 as they are police officials.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 05.12.2018 (Annexure P3) to the higher police authorities i.e. respondents No.2 & 3, but no action has been taken thereon by now.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ajay Pal Singh Gill, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
