(Oral) The Permanent Lok Adalat vide order dated 09.08.2019 has decided the claim by passing the following order, operative part of which reads as under:- "Accordingly the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to submit the claim alongwith necessary documents to respondent no.2 M.D India Health Care Services (TPA) private limited within 30 days from today and respondent no.2 after receipt of the claim alongwith documents from the applicant is directed to settle the claim and reimburse the same to the applicant for knee treatment as JYOTI SHARMA 2022.07.28 16:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No. 3938 of 2020 -2provided under the above scheme within 45 days from the receipt of the claim from the applicant."

Evidently, applicant-respondent No.2 was directed to submit the claim along with necessary documents to M.D. India Health Care Services (TPA) Pvt. Ltd. within 30 days from the date of passing of aforesaid order and respondent No.3 on receipt of the claim along with documents from respondent No.2 was directed to settle the claim and reimburse the same to respondent No.2 for his knee treatment as provided under the scheme within 45 days from the date of receipt of claim from respondent No.2.

Petitioner- Insurance Company has preferred this writ petition on some unfounded apprehension which in my considered opinion cannot be answered as the order is innocuous in nature and meets the requirement of the Policy as well.

Dismissed.
