ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to get the FIR No.203 dated 21.07.2020 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station Hathin, District Palwal, investigated from some independent agency or some higher police official and conclude the investigation and submit a report before the trial Court.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Dharmender, submits that the challan will be presented before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate within a period of 30 days from today. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. The Superintendent of Police, Palwal, is directed to ensure that the challan is present before the trial Court within a period of 30 days from today.
