***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 and 2 to reissue the passport to the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present petition, therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars and after attaching a duly embossed power of attorney executed by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
