(Oral) The present petition has been filed inter alia praying for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to arrest respondent No. 5 in FIR No. 410 dated 12.07.2025 under Sections 376(2) (n) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station DLF Sector 29, Gurugram, District Gurugram.

In view of the order of even date passed in CRM-M-51561-2025, whereby, the petitioner has been directed to join the investigation, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition, at this stage, as the prayer made herein does not survive. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as no further orders are required to be passed.

Needless to say that the investigation shall be done in a fair and impartial manner.
