Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of by relegating the petitioner to avail of his alternate remedy in accordance with law.

In case the petition under Section 17 of the Act is filed within two weeks from today, the Tribunal shall then entertain the application for interim stay, and consider of it is liable to be continued. 11.

Needless to say that since the matter was pending before this Court, the Tribunal shall decide the main case on its own merits. 12.
