DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Having married against the wishes of their family members, petitioners, who claimed to be major, are facing threat to their life and liberty from private respondent Nos.4 & 5 and so by way of this petition, they seek direction to respondent Nos.2 to 3 to protect their life. 2.

Petition is accompanied by photocopy of Secondary School Examination mark sheet of petitioner No.1 and photocopy of Primary School Examination mark sheet of petitioner No.2 (Anenxures P-1 and P2 respectively) alongwith photocopies of Aadhar Cards of both the petitioners, besides photocopies of marriage photographs (Annexure P-3) and copy of marriage certificate (Annexure P-4). They have also placed on record the copy of application dated 08.11.2023 (Annexure P-5), which was moved to respondent No.2.
