*/ Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to decide the pending enquiry qua the charge-sheet (Annexures P-1 and P-2) within stipulated time. 2.
Succinct facts first, as pleaded in the petition. The petitioner was appointed as a Dental Surgeon in Health Department, Haryana and worked as such till 12.01.2011 with an excellent record and there was no adverse remarks against her as per the record. 2.1.
The petitioner had become eligible for promotion and at that time no enquiry or any charge-sheet was ever pending against the petitioner. For about 21⁄2 years no DPC (Departmental Promotional Committee) was held till December-2019. Because of the intradepartmental tussle to spoil the bright future of the petitioner, she was $ %& % 2.2.

On advance service, learned counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by the competent authority, either way, in the contemplated departmental enquiry by passing a speaking order. 4.
Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that the contemplated departmental proceedings against the petitioner be concluded as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than 3 months. . ( / "
