***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Perusal of the last order reveals that none had made appearance on behalf of the respondent, despite service. Today also, none has made appearance on behalf of the respondent. As such, respondent is proceeded against ex parte.

At this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present application. However, counsel for the applicant makes a prayer that the presence of the applicant may be marked/secured through whatsapp, before learned Trial Court and the litigation expenses be granted to her.

In view of the submission aforesaid, the transfer application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

No such direction can specifically be given to the court below, with regard to the appearance of the applicant through whatsapp or any other electronic mode.
