Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that FIR No.197 dated 19.10.2019 under Sections 452, 323, 354-B, 380, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC, Police Station Guru Harsahai, District Ferozepur Annexure-P4 was lodged at the instance of the petitioner in the month of October, 2019 but till date neither any effective investigation has been concluded nor any accused has been arrested.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to ensure that the matter pertaining to the aforesaid FIR is got GAURAV SOROT 2019.12.06 11:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

(2) CRM-M-51522-2019 investigated expeditiously in accordance with law so that a final report be filed at the earliest. Respondent No.2 shall also consider and dispose of representation Annexure P-5.
