A prayer is made for issuance of a mandamus, directing the respondents to treat the resignation submitted by the petitioner as technical resignation in view of the rules in vogue.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after filing the instant petition, the service record of the petitioner has now been transferred, and only thing required to be done on the part of respondent No.2 is to upload the status of the petitioner on HRMS portal.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that all necessary formalities will be completed within 15 days from the date of passing of this order.

In view of the above, no further direction is required to be passed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to get the instant petition revived, in case, respondents No.1 and 2 does not adhere to the statement made before this Court.

Disposed of, accordingly.
