RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondents No.4 to 7 not to harass, humiliate and extend threats of life to the petitioner and her family members with a further prayer to direct respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already moved representation dated 05.12.2022 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken on the same. Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 3 only, at this stage. On the asking of the Court, Ms. Ishma Randhawa, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, MEENU 2022.12.21 17:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
