**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ for protection of life and liberty by providing police protection to the petitioner at the hands of private respondents as respondent No.6 working in Punjab Police Department and even despite returning money still giving threats.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police Ludhiana, District Ludhiana, to look into the representation dated 21.10.2024 (Annexure P-3), within a time bound manner. Without adverting to the merits of the case and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police Ludhiana, District Ludhiana, to look into the representation dated SANGEETA 2024.10.29 09:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
