Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.132 dated 19.06.2025, under Sections 21 and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Subhanpur, District Kapurthala.

Vide order dated 12.09.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Kumar, has stated that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, interim order dated 12.09.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section RAJEEV PUROHIT 2025.11.04 09:55 I agree to specified portions of this document
