(ORAL) Present petition under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India was filed for issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus in favour of petitioner directing the official respondents to produce detenue Pooja Rani who was in illegal custody of respondent No.4. On 09.11.2023, this Court passed the following order:- "Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Amish Sharma, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.No.1 to 3.

Respondent No.3 is directed to inform respondent No.4 in writing with regard to the pendency of the present petition before this Court.

Respondent No.3 is also directed to ensure the presence of the allged detenue namely Pooja Rani before this Court on the next date of hearing.

In compliance of the aforesaid order, the alleged detenue namely Pooja Rani is present in Court and submits that she is major and can take care of her welfare and she does not want to go back to her parents' house.

Alleged detenue Pooja is 26 years of age, her date of birth is 16.12.1997 as discernible from the copy of Aadhaar Card by attached along with CRWP-11119-2023 as Annexure P-1.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present matter.

Dismissed.
