In the present petition, on 16.11.2023 none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned to 22.12.2023. On 22.12.2023 again none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned to 08.01.2024. On 08.012024 counsel for the petitioner had stated that the sole petitioner has died and time was sought to implead his legal representatives. Till date the legal representatives of the petitioner have not been impleaded. Even today, further time is sought for impleading the legal representatives of the petitioner. The arguing counsel is also not present to argue the case on merits. There is no ground made out to further adjourn the matter.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
