The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 29.04.2023 (Annexure P-9) whereby he has been dismissed from service and order dated 01.09.2023 (Annexure P-10) whereby his appeal has been dismissed. 2.

The petitioner is aggrieved from orders passed by the authorities at Sri Nagar. The alleged offence took place at Assam, thus, neither cause of action has arisen within jurisdiction of this Court nor respondents No.2 and 3 who are answering respondents are working within jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioner has invoked jurisdiction of this Court on the sole ground that impugned order was communicated to the petitioner at Mahendergarh. This Court vide order dated 26.07.2023 passed in CWP No.8829 of 2021 titled as "Manoj Kumar vs. Union of India and others" has already dismissed writ petition in the similar circumstances. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach appropriate Court.
