Therefore, in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, respondent No.5 or any other person competent in this regard, is directed to consider the representation (Annexure P-8) of the petitioners in light of the judgments passed by this Court in CWP No.15896 of 2023 267&4 titled as 'Dr. Saurabh Sharma and others Vs. State of Punjab and others' and pass a speaking order, after affording them an opportunity to be heard, within a period of 03 months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. Further, the decision taken thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioners. Needless to say, if the petitioners are found entitled to the relief sought, the same shall be granted forthwith by the respondents. 5.
