HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to the respondentState of Haryana to stay the proceedings in case FIR No.0007/2022, registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Ambala City (Annexure P-1).

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
