Through the instant petition, as cast under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.431 dated 11.09.2023, under Section 398 read with Section 34 of the IPC, and, under Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at P.S. Gohana City, District Sonipat.

After addressing arguments for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the asked for relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the instant writ petition. 3.

Leave granted.
