(ORAL) This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.39 dated 30.04.2022, registered at Police Station Mehatpur, District Jalandhar Rural, under Section 365 IPC (challan has been presented under Sections 365, 323, 384, 148 & 149 IPC) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2.

Pursuant to order dated 22.12.2022, report dated 24.01.2023 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nakodar, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any coercion or undue influence.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.39 dated 30.04.2022, registered at Police Station Mehatpur, District Jalandhar Rural, under Section 365 IPC (challan has been presented under Sections 365, 323, 384, 148 & 149 IPC) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
