Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that FIR No.369 dated 30.9.2019 under Sections 363, 506 IPC & Section 4 POCSO Act, Police Station Punhana, District Nuh-Mewat (Annexure-P1) was lodged at the instance of the petitioner in the month of September, 2019 but till date neither any effective investigation has been concluded nor any accused has been arrested.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Nuh to ensure that the matter pertaining to the aforesaid FIR is got investigated GAURAV SOROT 2019.12.05 17:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

(2) CRM-M-51802-2019 expeditiously in accordance with law so that a final report be filed at the earliest. Respondent No.3 shall also consider and dispose of representation Annexure P-2.
