Ms. Manasvi Mehta, Advocate for Mr. Saurav Bhatia, Advocate for the respondents. *** Learned counsel appearing for the appellants states that in view of settlement arrived at between the parties through mediation and vide settlement/compromise which is available on record (Ex.C1), the entire payment has been made by the appellants to the other side and the respondents have since withdrawn execution application as satisfied by making statement before National Lok Adalat, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar and the execution application was disposed of as fully satisfied. She has placed on record copies of orders dated 7.7.2021 and 10.7.2021 in that regard.
Learned counsel for the appellants states that for the reason of settlement having been arrived at between the parties through mediation and respondents claimants having withdraw the execution application on receipt of payment by them, she does not want to proceed further with the present appeal, therefore, she be permitted to withdraw the same. Permission is granted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. (H.S.
