***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The learned State counsel, upon instructions from ESI Shamsher Singh, has informed that the petitioners were contacted by the police and their statements have been recorded and who have both stated that thay have no longer apprehend any threat to their life and liberty and that they are residing happily and safely at the parental home of petitioner No.1 Mamta.

In view of the aforestated position, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
