GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) There is delay of 194 days in filing this revision petition. The reasons assigned in the application for condonation of delay is that it was on account of ill-health of the petitioner that the petition could not be filed in time.

Learned counsel in this regard has referred to a discharge and follow up card issued by PGI as per which the petitioner had been admitted on 7.9.2015 and had been discharged on 14.9.2015 from the Department of Neurology. The said card further shows that the petitioner has been taking follow up treatment thereafter. However there is nothing to suggest that the petitioner could not move about or not even in a position to pursue to his case since it was only for few days that he was admitted in PGI.
