Prayer in the present Petition, filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for wilful and intentional disobedience of the order dated 10.07.2018 (Annexure P-1), passed by learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab, Chandigarh.
