     is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to pay and release the medical bills (Annexure P-1) along with interest @ 12% per annum.

A perusal of the written statement dated 22.11.2023 filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4, would show that an amount of Rs.2,33,933/- has been sanctioned and paid to the petitioner on 30.03.2021 (Annexure R-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the fact that reimbursement of medical bill of an amount of Rs.2,33,933/- has been paid but reimbursement of medical bill of Rs.2,60,229/- is still pending. He further submits that the reason for not sanctioning or releasing the abovesaid amount of Rs.2,60,229/- is that, as per the respondents, the petitioner had not submitted the DIWAKER GULATI 2025.11.21 14:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document -1-

  

 medical bills for the period from 01.04.2017 to 09.04.2017 and 19.04.2017 to 30.04.2017. He further submits that he may be permitted to submit the medical bills for the period from 01.04.2017 to 09.04.2017 and 19.04.2017 to 30.04.2017 for reimbursement to the respondents with a direction to the respondents to consider the medical bills from the period 01.04.2017 to 09.04.2017 and 19.04.2017 to 30.04.2017 for the purpose of reimbursement in a time-bound manner. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.
