Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing anything on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala to ensure that the matter pertaining to FIR No.183 dated 2.8.2019 under Sections 406/120-B IPC, Police Station City Phagwara, District Kapurthala is got investigated expeditiously in accordance with law so that a final report be submitted at the earliest. 2.
