As per office report received from
        mediation proceedings remained non-starter as respondent No.2 did not appear. As per report, the petitioner had been ready to pay an amount of Rs.20,000/- to respondent No.2 as directed vide order dated 15.11.2023.

Vide order dated 15.11.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner was released on interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 4.
