[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

[2] This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 2280 dated 17th November, 2019, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Shivaji Nagar, Gurugram.

[3] This Court vide order dated 4th December, 2019, granted the interim bail to the petitioner subject to joining investigation. [4] Learned State Counsel, on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation, however sale consideration of the property is yet to be recovered.

[6] The petitioner has joined investigation and no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 4th December, 2019 is made absolute.
