The counsel for the petitioners further submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take action on the aforesaid representation.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 5 at this stage. Mr. Chaman Lal Pawar, Addl. A.G.
