Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioners while appearing in case arising out of FIR No. 12 dated 16.02.2016, under Sections 341, 355, 506, 323 and 149 IPC, Police Station Muktsar Sahib. Heard.

In view of averments made in the status report and the fact that adequate protection is being provided to the petitioners on each and every date of hearing, the present petition is not required to be continued any more.

Dismissed.
