(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 16.10.2024, Annexure P-3, whereby the petitioner, who was working as Associate Director, Extension, at the University Campus, Hisar, has been posted in the same capacity at Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Mandkola, District Palwal. The petitioner has been working there since then. 2.

Learned counsel contends that the petitioner's family, including his aged parents, stay in the accommodation allotted to him at the University Campus, Hisar. His posting at faraway place/Mandkola, Palwal, hinders him in taking care of them in emergencies requiring his immediate presence. Therefore, at this stage, petitioner does not press this petition, in case his request for transfer to a nearby Krishi Vigyan Kendra against any vacant post is considered sympathetically by the University. 3.

Keeping in view the aforementioned facts, learned counsel for the University fairly contends, in case the petitioner represents along with all SONIA BURA 2025.03.24 12:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-29341-2024 relevant documents/certificates regarding the medical condition of his parents, the University will consider his case sympathetically and decide the representation within a period of six weeks.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 5.
