Mr. Neerj Madan, Sr. DAG, Punjab MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No. 127 dated 06.09.2021 (P1), under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, 'the IPC'), and 66 D IT Act, registered at Police Station, City Kurali, District, SAS Nagar, Punjab along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise entered into between the parties i.e. petitioners as well as respondent No.2.

Since no one is appearing on behalf of the petitioners, therefore, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the petition for nonprosecution. 3.
