Through the instant petition, a prayer has been made to issue directions to respondent No.3-CBSE to make necessary corrections in the academic records i.e. with regard to the date of birth of the petitioner. 2.

This Court, has put a specific query, as to whether, the petitioner approached respondent No.3-CBSE by filing appropriate application, in an appropriate format, to which he answered in 'negative' and submits that only representation has been made.

Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach respondent No.3-CBSE, at the first instance, by filing apt application along with required documents.
